01 Monolithic Architecture
No mechanical hinges, no fabric membranes. The fold capability is intrinsic to the panel material itself, eliminating the hinge failure mode present in all prior art.
02 Miura-Ori Ballistic Geometry
The Miura-ori fold pattern provides deterministic, single-degree-of-freedom deployment from a 0.3m diameter roll to a 2m×3m protective surface. The geometry is mathematically precise — deployment path is fully predictable, enabling reliable autonomous actuation.
03 Edge AI Autonomous Deployment
The D-400 processor runs threat classification at the edge — no cloud dependency, no network latency. Full pipeline from camera exposure through solenoid actuation completes in under 100ms. The system responds faster than any human operator can.
04 Ceiling-Mount Zero-Footprint Install
The B-200 aluminum cassette mounts flush to ceiling. No floor space consumed, no visual signature when stowed. IP65-rated housing. Deploys downward and locks to floor anchor points. Compatible with standard drop-ceiling and structural ceiling installation.
05 NIJ Level IIIA Target Certification
12-layer Kevlar KM2 Plus laminate is designed to achieve NIJ Standard-0101.07 Level IIIA protection — stopping .357 SIG FMJ and .44 Magnum SJHP projectiles. Formal certification testing through HP White Laboratory planned for Phase II.
